Welcome to Frame Forge, a shop and e-learning platform operated by Still Frame Multimedia Studios LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Frame Forge’s platform, which includes e-learning services, In Course Live Session Bookings, tutor bookings, digital products, video/live stream sessions, and community features. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and all applicable sub-Terms of Use (e.g., Video Courses, Digital Products, Tutoring, Live Sessions). If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Accounts and Eligibility #
- Account Creation: To utilize most features on Frame Forge, including purchasing, use of the community spaces and live session/stream participation, you must establish an account. By doing so, you consent to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information, which includes a valid email address, and to promptly update this information as necessary. You bear sole responsibility for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
- Eligibility: To create an account or utilize the services on Frame Forge, you must be at least 18 years old. During the registration process, you are required to provide your date of birth. If the provided date of birth indicates that you are under 18 years of age, the registration form will reject the submission and display an error message. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or accessing the platform. Any accounts found to be in violation of this age requirement will be terminated immediately.
- Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or entity, as doing so is strictly prohibited.
- All activities conducted through your account. This includes any harm or damage caused to StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC or others as a result of unauthorized use of your account.
- Promptly notifying StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident.
StillFrame multimedia Studios LLC will not engage in resolving any disputes that result from the sharing of account credentials. Requests for account access or recovery will be addressed only after the Company verifies the ownership of the account. In the event of a user’s death, the user’s account will be terminated in accordance with applicable laws and the Company’s policies.
- Account Termination: You have the right to terminate your account at any time by either through your account page or by directly contacting StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC. Please note that terminating your account does not automatically entitle you to refunds for any purchases, or other services, as these are governed by our Refund Policy. For information regarding how your data will be handled upon account termination, please refer to the Frame Forge Privacy Policy.
2. Platform Services #
Frame Forge provides the following features:
- Video Courses: Pre-recorded educational content available for purchase (see Video Courses Terms of Use.
- In Course Live Session Bookings: Bookable Group live sessions with instructors within a specific course (see Live Sessions,Tutoring and LiveStream Terms of Use for Participants).
- Tutor Bookings: One-on-one and small group live sessions with instructors (see Live Sessions,Tutoring and LiveStream Terms of Use).
- Live Stream Events: Free access to instructor-hosted live streams and archived recordings for members (Live Sessions,Tutoring and LiveStream Terms of Use).
- Digital Products: Downloadable materials available under specific licenses (see Digital Products Terms of Use).
- Community Features: Interactive spaces for students and instructors, including forums, group chats, and private messaging.
User Conduct #
Users of Frame Forge are required to:
- Comply with International Human Rights Laws: Publicly opposing or promoting actions against these laws will result in account termination. See our Human Rights Policy for more information.
- Maintain Respectful Behavior: Hate speech, harassment, plagiarism, and false accusations are prohibited.
- Conduct in Platform Spaces:
- Rules apply to live sessions, forums, social spaces, group chats, and private messaging.
- Reasonable political discussions are allowed, provided they do not endorse human rights abuses, misinformation, or discriminatory behavior.
- Expect Instructors to:
- Maintain a safe and unbiased learning environment.
- Address violations promptly and report them to Frame Forge Support.
- Moderate social interactions in community spaces to uphold platform rules.
Failure to comply with these conduct rules may lead to the suspension or termination of user accounts without the possibility of a refund. If a user believes that their account suspension or termination was unjust, they may submit an appeal using the form available on the Contact Us page. However, users should be aware that there is no assurance that the decision will be overturned.
Refund Policy #
Refund eligibility and conditions are outlined in individual terms for each feature:
- Video Courses: Refer to Video Courses Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
- In Course Bookable Live Sessions: Refer to the Live Session, Tutoring, and Livestream Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
- Tutor Bookings: Refer to the Live Session, Tutoring, and Livestream Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
- Digital Assets: Refer to the Digital Products Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
Content Licensing and Ownership #
- Ownership of Content: Still Frame Multimeda Studios LLC maintain full ownership rights over all content they upload to the platform, which includes but is not limited to images, video, text, courses , and digital assets. However, Content uploaded by students in the community space and learning areas such as assignment submissions(excluding unmodified material from the company), images, video and message content is owned by the user only. No user generated content will be sold or used without permission from the user that created the content. For any content created by the company, only StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC has the exclusive right to:
- Use, copy, distribute, promote, adapt, and modify content for platform-related purposes.
- Syndicate content with external partners for marketing and promotional activities.
- Make adjustments to uploaded content to meet technical or compliance requirements.
- Licensing for Digital Assets: Users may purchase digital assets through Frame Forge under two distinct licenses depending on the specific product:
- Personal License: Allows non-commercial use for personal learning purposes.
- Personal Education License: Allows non-commercial use for personal learning purposes.
- EULA: product specific license that is non commercial, non exclusive and non transferable.
Live Sessions and Recording Policy #
- Tutoring Sessions and In Course Live Sessions: Tutoring sessions and In Course Live Sessions may be recorded for the purposes of lesson revisiting, verification, and safety. Users are advised to refer to the Live Session, Tutoring, and Livestream Terms of Use for detailed guidelines. Tutoring and live session bookings that record sessions disclose their intention in the booking description.
Students will receive a link to a non-downloadable recording of their session within 48 hours of the lesson ending. Recordings will be deleted automatically after 30 days. - Live Stream Events: Live stream events will be recorded and made accessible for future viewing. Participants should refer to the Live Session, Tutoring, and Livestream Terms of Use for detailed information. Additionally, any group chat interactions that occur during live streams may be automatically logged or added to the recording.
Dispute Resolution #
Disputes between users and Frame Forge shall be resolved through arbitration conducted in the State of Texas, United States. However, any disputes involving serious legal violations, such as major crimes, are excluded from arbitration and will be addressed through the appropriate legal channels. The arbitration process is designed to ensure a fair and efficient resolution, while fully respecting and upholding the users’ human rights.
Privacy #
Your use of the platform is subject to the Frame Forge Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.
Changes to Terms #
Frame Forge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Registered users will be notified of any changes via email. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of any changes.
Termination #
Frame Forge may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Refunds for terminated accounts due to misconduct are not guaranteed.
