StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC Frame Forge provides participants (“you”) with access to In-course bookable live sessions, Tutoring Sessions, and Live Stream Events hosted by StillFrame Multimedia Studios instructors (“Hosts”). Live Sessions may be a part of a video course booked separately or standalone sessions integrated into Live Stream Events. By scheduling or participating in an In-course bookable live session, Tutoring Session, or Live Stream Event, and engaging with instructors/hosts, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”), as well as StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC Frame Forge Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should not participate in any In-course bookable live sessions, Tutoring Sessions, or Live Stream Events.

Roles and Responsibilities of Participants #
StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC is the creator, organizer, and owner of all In-course bookable live sessions, Tutoring Sessions.
As a Participant, you agree to:
- Act respectfully and responsibly during In-course bookable live sessions, Tutoring Sessions, and Live Stream Events.
- Comply with any guidelines or rules set by the Host/Tutor or StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC.
- Avoid any behavior that could disrupt or negatively impact the experience of others.
- Communicate openly with your Tutor regarding your learning goals or expectations.
Participation in Free Live Stream Events #
Live Stream Events hosted on Frame Forge are always free for members. By joining a Live Stream Event, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Recording: All Live Stream Events are recorded automatically, archived, and made available for later access by members. By participating in the group chat, you consent to this recording, which cannot be opted out of after joining the event.
- Exclusion of Consent: Participants in the group chat do not require explicit consent for their contributions to be captured in the recording.
Participation in Live Sessions and Tutoring Sessions #
Live Sessions may either be part of In-course bookable live sessions or standalone sessions integrated into Live Stream Events and Tutoring Sessions. By participating in a Live Session or Tutoring Session, you acknowledge and agree that:
- If the Live Session is integrated into a Live Stream Event, it will be recorded. Explicit consent from Participants will be required for video conference appearances or contributions to be captured in the recording.
- Participants may be recorded as part of a Live Session or Tutoring Session, with consent requirements and waivers determined by the Host, in compliance with applicable privacy policies.
- Refunds for Live Sessions that are part of In-course bookable live sessions or Tutoring Sessions are governed by the general course refund policy.
Payments and Refund Policy #
- Payment:
- Payment is required at the time of scheduling an In-course Live Session or Tutoring Session.
- Refund Policy:
- Cancellation and Refund requests must be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.
- If the Tutor cancels the session, you are entitled to a full refund.
Exceptions may be made due to specific circumstances as decided by StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC.
Video Conference and Live Streaming Policy #
Tutoring Sessions and In-course Bookable Live Sessions #
Tutoring Sessions and In-course bookable live sessions are conducted via third-party video conferencing platforms (e.g., Jitsi Meet, Jami). By participating, you agree to abide by the terms of service for the applicable platform, which may change without notice. StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC recommends periodically reviewing these terms for updates.
Recording Policy: #
- Agreement for Recording: By creating an account and agreeing to the Privacy Policy, Participants consent to their image, voice, and contributions being recorded during Tutoring Sessions and In-course bookable live sessions. This consent is required as part of the account creation process and cannot be declined.
- Instructor’s Discretion to Record: Instructors are not required to record Tutoring Sessions or In-course bookable live sessions, but may choose to do so. If the instructor intends to record the session, this will be clearly stated in the session description before the student books the session, and by booking, the participant agrees to this recording.
- Purpose of Recording: Recordings are conducted for verification, safety, integrity purposes, and to allow students to revisit lessons. Instructors are prohibited from sharing these recordings with anyone other than the participating students and instructors unless explicitly agreed upon by all participants.
- Instructor Notice: At the beginning of each Tutoring Session or In-course bookable live session, the instructor will inform all participants:
- That the session is being recorded for verification, safety, and integrity purposes.
- That the recording will not be shared publicly.
- Participant Right to Access Recordings: All participants have the right to access their recordings. Participants will receive a link to access their session recording within 48 hours of the session’s conclusion. Neither students nor instructors are permitted to download these recordings, and all recordings will be automatically deleted after 3 months.
- Recording Restrictions: Participants are prohibited from recording or sharing sessions or events without prior written permission from the instructor and StillFrame. Unauthorized recording or sharing of content is strictly prohibited.
Live Stream Events #
Live Stream Events utilize third-party streaming platforms such as YouTube Live or other video conferencing tools. By participating, you agree to the terms of service for the applicable platform, which may change without notice. StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC recommends periodically reviewing these terms for updates.
Recording Policy: #
- Automatic Recording of Live Stream Events: By joining a Live Stream Event, Participants agree to be part of the automatic recording.
- Recording Restrictions: Participants are prohibited from recording or saving Live Stream Events without prior written permission from the Host and StillFrame. Unauthorized recording or sharing of content is strictly prohibited.
Release and Indemnification #
Participants agree to release StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC (Frame Forge) from liability for:
- Disputes with other Participants.
- Acts or omissions of third-party platforms or services used during sessions or events.
You also agree to indemnify StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC and its instructors against claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Breaches of these Terms or applicable laws.
- Unauthorized use of the platform or services.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Assumption of Risks #
StillFrame provides Tutoring Sessions, In-course bookable live sessions, and Live Stream Events “as is” and disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. By participating, you voluntarily assume any associated risks, including technical issues, illness, or unexpected incidents during the session or event.
Privacy and Data Protection #
StillFrame is committed to protecting Participant privacy. Information provided by Participants or collected during Tutoring Sessions, In-course bookable live sessions, or Live Stream Events is subject to StillFrame’s Privacy Policy.
You agree to:
- Respect the privacy of Tutors, Hosts, and other Participants.
- Share personal information during sessions or events responsibly.
Export Controls and Restricted Countries #
As a United States-based company, Frame Forge is required to comply with U.S. export control laws and economic sanctions. These restrictions prohibit trade with certain countries, organizations, and individuals identified in official governmental lists. Both Instructors and Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with these legal requirements. While StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC adheres to such laws, the company acknowledges that many of these restrictions are controversial, rooted in deep racism by elected officials, have been associated with unethical practices, and are considered illegal under international humanitarian law.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in, and you are not a national or resident of, any country listed under the U.S. Export Controls and Restricted Countries.
Additional Ethical Restrictions #
In alignment with Frame Forge’s commitment to ethical practices, the platform prohibits access to Users located in or affiliated with countries ruled by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to be engaged in colonialism, genocide, apartheid, or war crimes, as well as those complicit in funding these activities. You further represent and warrant that you are not located in, and you are not a national or resident of the following countries:
- Israel
- Saudi Arabia
- United Arab Emirates
- Germany
- Russia
- Hungary
- Belgium
Additionally, you warrant that you are not a person or entity, or owned by, under the control of, or affiliated with, a person or entity that:
- Is committing or complicit in acts of genocide, apartheid, ethnic cleansing, or mass war crimes.
- Participates in war crime cover ups.
- Is alive and wanted for arrest by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
- Is protecting or planning to protect any individual wanted by the ICC.
Note: The United States would be included in this list due to its significant contributions to such criminal and illegal activities if Frame Forge were not headquartered there.
Participants must not use StillFrame services to engage in or promote illegal or unethical activities.
