Frame Forge enables members (“Buyers” or “you”) to purchase and access video courses offered by StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC through the platform. By purchasing and/or accessing a video course, you agree to these Video Courses Terms of Use (“Terms”), as well as Frame Forge’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase or access video courses on the platform.

Role of StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC Frame Forge #

StillFrame Multimedia Studios provides the Frame Forge platform for students to purchase video courses for purchase by Buyers:

  1. StillFrame Multimedia Studios is the creator, owner, and seller of all video courses listed on the platform unless described otherwise.
  2. Any contract for the purchase of a video course is entered directly between you (the Buyer) and StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC.
  3. StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC is responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of video courses or their content, guarantees that an Instructor will complete or update a course unless the course is being removed.

Account Requirements #

To purchase or access a video course, you must have a verified Frame Forge account. By creating and maintaining an account, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and keep it updated.
  2. Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

You are responsible for all activities under your account, including any purchases. StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or other agreements.

Video Course Access and Usage Rights #

When you purchase a video course:

  1. License: You are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to view the course content for your own learning purposes.
  2. Limitations: You may not reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display course content without explicit written consent from the Instructor and StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC.
  3. Duration of Access:
    1. Access to purchased video courses is for life from the purchase date as long as the Frame Forge and StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC remains in operation, the user account is not terminated or unless otherwise noted.
    2. StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC reserves the right to change or limit access, subject to platform changes.

Payment and Refund Policy #

  1. Payment:
    1. All purchases must be completed using an eligible payment method at checkout.
    2. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Buyers are responsible for currency conversion fees or other banking charges.
  2. Refund Policy:
    1. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase if the course is not started and 2 hours if the course has been started. Refund requests are subject to review.
    2. Refunds will not be granted if you have completed 30% or more of the video course.
    3. Refunds may be granted if:
      1. The course content is deemed incomplete or inaccurate.
      2. StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC fails to provide promised updates or support.
      3. StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC identifies technical issues preventing access to the course.

Buyer Responsibilities and Acknowledgments #

By purchasing or accessing video courses, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Your use of course content is restricted to personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise stated by StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC.
  2. You are prohibited from sharing course content with others who have not purchased the course.
  3. StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC may remove or modify access to courses that violate platform policies or legal regulations.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability #

The platform and video courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. By using the platform, you agree to:

  1. Release StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from disputes with StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC, it’s Instructors or other users.
  2. Assume all risks associated with purchasing and using video courses, including technical issues or unexpected content changes.

Privacy and Data Protection #

StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. Information you provide while purchasing or accessing video courses is subject to Frame Forge’s Privacy Policy.

You agree to:

  1. Respect the privacy of StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC Personnel, Instructors and other Buyers.
  2. Share personal information on the platform responsibly.

Export Controls and Restricted Countries #

As a United States-based company, Frame Forge is required to comply with U.S. export control laws and economic sanctions. These restrictions prohibit trade with certain countries, organizations, and individuals identified in official governmental lists. Both Instructors and Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with these legal requirements. While StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC adheres to such laws, the company acknowledges that many of these restrictions are controversial, rooted in deep racism by elected officials, have been associated with unethical practices, and are considered illegal under international humanitarian law.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in, and you are not a national or resident of, any country listed under the U.S. Export Controls and Restricted Countries.

Additional Ethical Restrictions #

In alignment with Frame Forge’s commitment to ethical practices, the platform prohibits access to Users located in or affiliated with countries ruled by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to be engaged in colonialism, genocide, apartheid, or war crimes, as well as those complicit in funding these activities. You further represent and warrant that you are not located in, and you are not a national or resident of the following countries:

  • Israel
  • Saudi Arabia
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Germany
  • Russia
  • Hungary
  • Belgium

Additionally, you warrant that you are not a person or entity, or owned by, under the control of, or affiliated with, a person or entity that:

  1. Is committing or complicit in acts of genocide, apartheid, ethnic cleansing, or mass war crimes.
  2. Participates in war crime cover ups.
  3. Is alive and wanted for arrest by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
  4. Is protecting or planning to protect any individual wanted by the ICC.

Note: The United States would be included in this list due to its significant contributions to such criminal and illegal activities if Frame Forge were not headquartered there.

Participants must not use StillFrame services to engage in or promote illegal or unethical activities.
