StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC (“Frame Forge”) provides a digital product shop where Buyers can make purchases. By purchasing a digital product through the Frame Forge Digital Product Shop , you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”), as well as the general Frame Forge Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should not engage with the Digital Product Shop.

The Frame Forge Digital Product Shop #

The Frame Forge Asset Shop provides tools to facilitate payments and the delivery of digital products:

  1. StillFrame Multimedia Students LLC is the creator, owner, or Seller of the digital products listed in the Digital Product Shop unless otherwise noted.
  2. Any contract for the sale of a digital product is entered directly between the StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC and the Seller.

Your Account #

To purchase digital products, you must have a registered and verified Frame Forge account. By registering and maintaining an account, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and keep it updated.
  2. Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

You are responsible for all activities under your account and agree to notify StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC of unauthorized access immediately. Sharing your account or credentials is prohibited. StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of:

  1. Use of false information.
  2. Creation of multiple accounts.
  3. Breach of these terms or other agreements with StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC.

Buyer Responsibilities and Acknowledgments #

By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Digital products you purchase may be available for a limited time, and it is your responsibility to download them if you wish to retain access.
  2. Unless otherwise stated by the StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC , digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only, and redistribution or sharing is prohibited.

Payment Information #

StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC uses third-party payment processors, such as Helcim, to process payments. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the processing of your payment information in compliance with the payment provider’s Privacy Policy.

  1. Payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD).
  2. Buyers are responsible for any additional charges, such as currency exchange fees, imposed by financial institutions.

Refund Policy #

Refunds for digital products are not guaranteed but may be provided in the following cases, at StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC’s sole discretion:

  1. Fraud committed by the Seller.
  2. Errors made by StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC or the Seller.
  3. In some specific cases, StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC may approve refunds due to extenuating circumstances.

Refund requests will not be accepted if you have also initiated a dispute resolution process with your payment method provider for the same transaction.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability #

The Frame Forge Asset Shop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. By using the platform, you agree to:

  1. Assume all risks associated with purchasing and using digital products.
  2. Release StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from disputes with the company, it’s instructors or other users.

Export Controls and Restricted Countries #

As a United States-based company, Frame Forge is required to comply with U.S. export control laws and economic sanctions. These restrictions prohibit trade with certain countries, organizations, and individuals identified in official governmental lists. Both Instructors and Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with these legal requirements. While StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC adheres to such laws, the company acknowledges that many of these restrictions are controversial, rooted in deep racism by elected officials, have been associated with unethical practices, and are considered illegal under international humanitarian law.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in, and you are not a national or resident of, any country listed under the U.S. Export Controls and Restricted Countries.

Additional Ethical Restrictions #

In alignment with Frame Forge’s commitment to ethical practices, the platform prohibits access to Users located in or affiliated with countries ruled by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to be engaged in colonialism, genocide, apartheid, or war crimes, as well as those complicit in funding these activities. You further represent and warrant that you are not located in, and you are not a national or resident of the following countries:

  • Israel
  • Saudi Arabia
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Germany
  • Russia
  • Hungary
  • Belgium

Additionally, you warrant that you are not a person or entity, or owned by, under the control of, or affiliated with, a person or entity that:

  1. Is committing or complicit in acts of genocide, apartheid, ethnic cleansing, or mass war crimes.
  2. Participates in war crime coverups.
  3. Is alive and wanted for arrest by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
  4. Is protecting or planning to protect any individual wanted by the ICC.

Note: The United States would be included in this list due to its significant contributions to such criminal and illegal activities if Frame Forge were not headquartered there.

Participants must not use StillFrame services to engage in or promote illegal or unethical activities.
