  2. Users of the Frame Forge platform, which include:
    1. Instructors: Members and employees of Still Frame Multimedia Studios LLC who create and sell courses, tutoring services, and digital assets on the Frame Forge platform.
    2. Students/Customers: Users who enroll in courses, book tutoring sessions, and purchase digital assets from StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC.

    4. The Frame Forge platform also offers the following additional free services to its members:
      1. Educational Live Streams, which provide real-time educational content to members at no cost.
      2. A Community or Social Space, designed for instructors and students to interact, share ideas, and collaborate within the Frame Forge ecosystem.
  3. To access the services offered on the Frame Forge platform, users must create an account. The necessary information required for account creation includes the user’s name, email address, and date of birth.
  4. By creating an account, users agree to the terms of this privacy policy and cannot opt out of necessary account information unless they delete their account. Additional information, such as shipping and billing addresses, profile photos, and bios, may be required for certain features or purchases.
  5. By agreeing to the privacy policy when creating an account, you acknowledge and agree that if booked into a Live session as part of a video course, you may be recorded. These recordings are critical for enabling students to review sessions and for ensuring security and liability management. Instructors are required to share the recording link exclusively with the students involved in the session. Neither students nor instructors are permitted to download the recording from secure storage. Recordings will be automatically deleted after a duration of three months.

By accepting the privacy policy during account creation, you acknowledge and agree that StillFrame Multimedia Studios Instructors are authorized to record tutoring sessions without obtaining additional consent, provided that a notice is included in the tutor booking description indicating that sessions will be recorded. These recordings are critical for enabling students to review sessions and for ensuring security and liability management. Instructors are required to share the recording link exclusively with the student(s) involved in the session. Neither students nor instructors are permitted to download the recording from secure storage. Recordings will be automatically deleted after a duration of three months.
  7. The platform features a community area designed to facilitate both public and private communication between students and instructors. It also enables users to receive course notifications, join educational groups, and form study groups. Students and instructors may add posts and other information, with the ability to delete or conceal such content at their discretion. All users bear responsibility for the content they post or comment on. Users are responsible for removing any posts, comments, or other information they wish to keep private. Still Frame Multimedia Studios LLC shall not be held liable for the irresponsible posting of data that is subsequently re-shared by other users. If necessary, StillFrame moderators may remove such data depending on rules from the Moderation and Content Guidelines as outlined on the Moderation Guidelines and Content Guidelines pages. Posted content must adhere to the Content Guidelines as outlined on the Content Guidelines page.
  8. Instructors will continuously moderate the community spaces related to their subject matter. content must adhere to the Community Guidelines and the company Human Rights Policy at all times.

  1. Still Frame Multimedia Studios LLC or the Company means the multimedia studio that operates the Frame Forge platform.
  2. Frame Forge or the Platform means the online store, e-learning, and course design platform operated by Still Frame Multimedia Studios LLC, that sells various products and services.
  3. Users means individuals who create an account on the Frame Forge platform, including:
    1. Students: Users who enroll in courses, join live streams, book tutoring sessions, book course live sessions, and purchase digital assets from StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC.

    1. Video Courses: Courses delivered primarily through pre-recorded video content.
  5. Tutoring means individual or group tutoring sessions offered by StillFrame Multimedia Studios Instructors and booked through the platform’s web conferencing software.
  6. In Course Live Session means group live sessions offered by StillFrame Multimedia Studios Instructors and booked separately through as part of a video course.
  7. Digital Assets means digital files such as templates, scripts, and software files offered for sale on the platform.
  8. Live Streams means free live educational broadcasts created by StillFrame Multimedia Studios LLC, conducted through YouTube, accessible exclusively to members of the platform, and provided at no cost.
  9. Personal Information or User Data means information provided by users during account creation and profile updates, including name, email address, date of birth, title (for instructors), shipping and billing addresses, profile photos, and bios.
  10. Cookies means small data files stored on users’ devices to facilitate website functionality and user experience.
  11. Learning Management System (LMS) means the software system used by the platform to track and manage user enrollments, course progress, assignments, quizzes, certificates, and other educational data.

    1. Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and access the services offered on the Frame Forge platform. During account creation, all users are required to type in their date of birth. If the date of birth indicates that the user is under the age of 18, the account creation process will return an error code and will not progress, ensuring that information is only submitted if the date of birth confirms the user is 18 or older.
    2. During Course live sessions or tutoring live sessions, instructors may require the use of webcams or voice communication. If a minor is identified as the user on camera or through voice communication due to fraudulent activity, the session shall be terminated, any recordings shall be deleted, and the user’s account shall be deactivated. An exception may be granted for adult users participating in courses while supervising their own children, who are not participating in the course but may be visible or audible due to childcare responsibilities, provided that unanimous consent is obtained from all involved parties.

Data Sharing and Disclosure #

This includes web conferencing, media storage services and payment system. We use Helcim as our payment provider which integrates and requires google recaptcha for payments. We do not use google recaptcha for any other purposes. YouTube is the only other third-party service permitted to collect data for analytics, and it requires users to opt-in.
